Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 : Arrival at Cochin Drive to Munnar
Arrive at Cochin airport or railway station. Our representative will greet you and take you to Munnar. Munnar, a beautiful hill station. En-route, halt for refreshments and visit Cheerayapa Waterfalls, Capital of British Raj. Arrive and check-in at the hotel. Visit the tea plantations. Later you may go to visit the local market and buy aromatic tea from the shops here. Spend a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2 : Sightseeing in Munnar
After breakfast, take a sightseeing tour of Munnar visit , Eravikulam National Park to get a view of variety of flora and fauna. Enjoy local food cuisine at a good restaurant (personal expense). Later in the afternoon visit Mattupetty Lake and Dam as well as Echo Point which is famous for its /‘echo phenomenon/’. In the evening return to the hotel and enjoy the rest of the evening at leisure and a comfortable overnight at the hotel.

Day 3 : Munnar to Thekkady
After an early breakfast, check out of the hotel and drive to Thekkady. Arrive in Thekkady and check-in to your hotel. Thekkady, which is one of best known wildlife sanctuaries in the country, go for complete cruise on the Periyar lake. later, You will go for a trip to the spice garden and in the evening there is a choice for a good ayurvedic massage something that the place is known for. Overnight stay at the hotel .
Day 4 : Thekkady to Alleppey
After an early breakfast, check out of the hotel in Munnar, Afterwards proceed to Alleppey known as the ‘Venice of the East’. Alleppey is well known for backwaters and houseboat. On reaching check in to the Houseboat and enjoy this beautiful experience for rest of the day and relax. Today you will enjoy houseboat journey in Alleppey. Overnight stay at houseboat .
Day 5 : Drive from Alleppey to Kovalam
Today start your drive to Kovalam. Upon arrival in Kovalam, check into a hotel and rest a while. Later,you will be visiting Hawa Beach, Samundra beach & Light House beach to witness the exquisiteness of these beaches which is enhanced by the stack of palm grooves which reward a unique elegance to this place. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 6 : Day Trip to Kanyakumari
After breakfast at hotel proceed to day trip to Kanyakumari. The southernmost tip of India, Kanyakumari is popularly kown as ‘The Lands End’. This destination houses several ancient temples and is also dotted with vast beaches.
On arrival in Kanyakumari, proceed for sightseeing. Some of the attractions of this place are the Vivekananda Rock Memorial, Thiruvalluvar Statue, and Mahatma Gandhi Memorial.Back to the Kovalam for overnight stay .
Day 7 : Day Trip to Trivandrum
In the morning after breakfast, you will be proceeding for a local tour of Trivandrum. On the trip here, you will see sree Padmanabha swamy temple, Chitra art gallery, Trivandrum zoo.
After that, Back to the Kovalam for overnight stay .
Day 8 : Departure from Trivandrum
After breakfast, proceed to the Trivandrum airport or railway station for back to home with sweet memories with Goxplore Global Vacations .
